Our client, a leading recruitment solutions provider in the Middle East, is urgently looking for a Senior Software Developer (React Native) to be based in Dubai. In this role, you will be managing a team and lead the migration of the company’s applications, manage the DevOps and perform code reviews.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Lead in defining and coding the new and ongoing company applications
– Continuous improvement of existing development tools and technologies
– Authoring and code-reviewing web applications in Java, JavaScript frameworks
– Design new system features and provide accurate estimates and development timelines
– Lead technical design sessions in order to create sustainable and high-performing features
– Continuous interaction with clients and end-users to understand software needs and talk through the application and technical design choices.
– Defining and maintaining standard development practices for the team
– Integrating automated testing strategies into development practices
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:
– Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineer or other technical discipline.
– Fluent and confident communication skills with both team members and end-users
– Has 3+ years of experience using React Native
– Must be well versed in the following: PHP, Docker, Angular
– Candidates must be able to join immediately or less than a month.
