SOA/Oracle Integration Cloud OIC – Senior Consultant – ACS JoinOFS

Advanced Services Techno-Functional Consultants and Technical Engineers provides support in the continuous operational improvement of Oracle environments. ASEs do this by leveraging Oracle’s support-based intellectual property and customers’ experiences throughout their involvement with Oracle’s technologies.
Our goal is for every customer to gain ever-more value from their Oracle Solutions by helping them make well informed decisions regarding the implementation; management and use of Oracle technologies.
Now, we are looking for integration area experts – SOA & OIC Principal Senior Consultants
CORE ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Delivering high quality technical services to ACS customers.
– Ensuring adherence to internal methodology, tools and quality standards.
– Proactively foresee existing customer needs and activities to provide better support and remain engaged with customer focused activities
– Work with other Oracle LOBs and Partners to ensure that knowledge is transferred both into and out of ACS, and act as technical Subject Matter Experts where required
– Be focused on innovation and technology and understand how these can be used to benefit both customers and ACS
– Manage and resolve Customer Requests according to product main strategy and model.
– Respond and resolve customer issues within Key Performance Indicator targets.
– Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new products.
– Ensure the timely completion of planned proactive tasks and Customer Requests.
– Owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations throughout the life cycle in accordance with global standards.
– Working towards, adopting and contributing to new processes and tools (ODC, diagnostic methodology, health checks, scripting tools, etc.
Requirements for the role:
– Strong experience in Designing and developing Integrations using Oracle Fusion Middleware/Oracle SOA Suite 12c ,11g.
– Strong experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining complex Integrations using OSB/BPEL/Mediators/BPMN
– Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture(SOA), OSB
– Strong understanding of Web services standards like SOAP & REST
– Strong understanding of JCA adapters
– Strong understanding of XML, XSD, WSDL standards and XSLT, DVM, XREF, Business Rules, ESS concepts
– Good understanding of WebLogic Server concepts.
– Knowledge of Deployment tools like Maven, Jenkins, Kintana etc
– Knowledge of Version Control tools like SVN, GitHub, Clear case etc
– Technical problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment
– Hands-on development experience in developing, Two+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Order with extensions development
– Expert hands-on developer of Oracle PaaS products (VBCS,PCS and OIC- integrations)
– Expert hands-on application development with different type of source and target connectors and lookups
– Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology, full lifecycle SDLC process, including creating technical designs, build and unit testing for complex requirements.
– Expert hands-on developer knowledge Oracle PL/SQL development.
– Good understanding of Oracle PaaS4SaaS extension patterns
– Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) ,PaaS4SaaS architecture, Oracle Cloud SaaS and OCI application and integration data security
– Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS APIs/web services
– Technical problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment
– Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving skills
– Good Communications and a Team Player
– Willing to work in shifts and operations support
