IT Application Support Professional (IT Healthcare)
A reputed Healthcare IT Company in Dubai is Looking for IT Application Support professional having experience 3rd party Application Support and Analysis:
Responsibilities
– Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
– Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
– Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
– Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
– Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
– Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
– Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with technical issues on Microsoft Teams and other various platforms
Requirements
– Previous working experience as IT Healthcare Support for 3-4 years
– 3rd Party Application Support and Analysis Experience in Healthcare Industry
– Degree in Computer Science, engineering or similar relevant field
– Problem solver and attention to details
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
– Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
– In depth knowledge of apps and programs typically used in an office environment
