We are looking for an experienced IS HCM Techno-Functional Manager to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
JOB SUMMARY
Design, configure, and implement client requirements with respect to Oracle HCM implementation based on best practices
JOB RESPONSIBILITY & TASKS
• Gather, analyse, and issue end user and functional requirements
• Issue solution design documents
• Set up and implement all HCM Modules on Oracle E-Business Suite
• Analyse and develop reports using Oracle development and reporting tools
• Develop and maintain functions, procedures, and packages
• Design and set up data integration between Oracle E-Business Suite and other systems
• Develop BI dashboards based on functional requirements
• Document configurations and implementations for an effective knowledge transfer process
• Train and guide the HCM team to ensure high productivity and performance
• Support users and ensure all issues and requests are solved efficiently
SKILLS
• Experience in the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules
• Experience in Qlik Sense BI tool is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and utilization of Oracle Support service request
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Certificate in Oracle HCM is a plus
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
• Good knowledge in AME
• Expert in Oracle tools (Forms Builder, Report Builder, Workflow Builder, BI Publisher, APEX, OAF)
• Expert in SQL and PLSQL, and using database tools (PLSQL Developer, Toad)
• Open to Saudi nationals only
