Description
* 3-7 years of consulting experience, involved in advisory on CRM.
* Scoping, analysis, design, development, and delivery of CRM and CX solutions (Salesforce, SAP CX, Microsoft Dynamics or others)
* Previous proven experience in setting the CRM roadmap, strategy and operating model
* Previous experience in the following industries: banking, retail, energy or government
* CRM functional and technical experience including extensive business process knowledge in areas such as sales and service management, contact centers, CPQ, with various technologies including integration areas
* Strong communication skills, ability to lead workshops and drive functional and technical discussions
* Studies in computer science, engineering, or business administration or comparable training, career changers are also welcome
* Pronounced affinity for new technologies and modern/agile methods of project management
* Passion for consulting work and the associated willingness to travel
