Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Maintain expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Prepare invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Participate in quarterly and annual audit
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally )
Organization skills
Degree in Accounting field
