Our well-reputed client is looking for a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker, and a key member of the team who plays a critical role in the customer journey by extracting full product value and potential. The nature of the role requires listening to, and understanding customer’s needs, proactively supporting in anticipation of those needs, and building strong customer relationships. Your efforts will deliver excellent customer experiences, and directly impact business growth and revenue.
Minimum Requirements:
* Ideally available immediately or with a negotiable notice period
* Fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal skills
* Experience working in a similar position at a SaaS or B2B software company
* Excellent time management skills
* Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, at all levels.
* Strong leadership skills with natural ability to manage teams, priorities and handle numerous complex projects and clients at the same time.
* At least 3 years in a similar role.

* Comfortable working in a dead-line driven environment
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
