Job Description:
– Lead the effective implementation of Market Development Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
– Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
– Undertake extensive research on customer trends and needs, existing and upcoming product and services offerings in the market
– Leads, assigns, and manages the innovation projects based on the company schedules
– Train and develops the innovation team. Communicates performance expectations to employees and delivers feedback as required.
Qualifications:
– Open to Arabic, Asian, and European nationality
– 45 years old and below
– Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Economy, Business Administration or any relevant degree
– Must have at least 6 years experience in Financial or Exchange Business in Market Research, Research and Development
