The hiring company is a well-known university college that offers various programs in Business and Information Technology through their School of Business & School of Information Technology which are fully approved and accredited by the Ministry of Education in UAE
Job Role:
• Develop strategic plan review & need assessment
• Review of resource adequacy feedback (RAF) & IE tools
• Preparation of budget & allocation
• ERP Development plan
• Website & portal development plan
• Preparation of budget & allocation Submission of year end closing reports
• Submission of next academic year planning
• Preparation of computer Lab before starting of the semester
• Policy and Procedure Documentation preparation as per MOHE requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelors or master’s degree; concentration in hardware and software is preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the same role
• Communicate effectively in writing and to prepare written and electronic documents
• Proficiency in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Asp.net Windows environment, Microsoft SQL 2008 and above, LMS Moodle, Mobile Apps Development (iOS & Android), DMS (Doccept), MYSQL, SharePoint Portal, PHP Website, KOHA Linux (Library Management System)
• Ability to plan, implement, evaluate and report activities conducted and make strategic plan of the University
• Excellent communication skills
