JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
– Contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
– Building and maintaining good working relationships with the customers
– Appraise the wishes and demands of the customers and sell the suitable protection plans
– Processing clients’ valid insurance claims
– Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions
– Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the firm

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– Open to ANY nationality, preferably Filipino, Sri Lankan, Indian and Egyptian nationals
– Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
– Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in the same field or industry
– Excellent in identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
– Detail-orientated, patient and strong management and leadership skills
– Excellent communication skills
