Minimum 3 years’ experience in desktop support/ NOC.
Good network diagnostic skills.
Experience in Monitoring, support and troubleshooting network issues.
Ability to assess and prioritise faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
Basic sysadmin skills.
BS/BA in relevant technical field and a minimum of 2+ years supporting critical infrastructure systems
CCNA certification or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Previous experience in a Network Operations Center preferred.
