? Installing and configuring computer, laptops, desktop operating systems, as well as local and network printers.
? Replacing Hardware parts as required
? Maintain and Update Asset Sheet
? Make Sure that the IT Policies are applied and Followed Setting up new users.
? Assist in Training New & Existing staff about Existing & new IT Implementations.
? Attending & finding solutions to IT problems.
? Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
? Dealing with Problems that may arise through Hardware & systems failure, operator error or user misunderstanding.
? Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time, and make sure that the case is closed.
? Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
? Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
? Follow-up on System and hardware Upgrades if required for better Business Productivity.
? Coordinate with Suppliers on IT Requests, Delivery.
? Handling Daily Data Backup & Securing the Data.
? Follow-up on IT frequent pending issues to provide better solutions & end user satisfaction.
? Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience required.
? Diploma / Degree in any IT field (Network preferred).
? To be able to work in a multi-cultural team.
? Knowledge in Network.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Environment
