Head of Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing | Standard Chartered Bank – UAE

The Role Responsibilities

* Responsible for driving and delivering the CA and Brand & Marketing strategies for KSA, ensuring consistent and aligned delivery with the global agendas
* Leads the combined Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing function to identify opportunities and bring expertise and creativity at both strategic and execution levels within agreed budget and scorecard
* Represents the interests of the KSA Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing functions on the Management Team and within the function Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing Management Teams to help ensures strategies are relevant.
* Leads on delivering governance, issues and risk (operational and reputational) across KSA
* Provide thought leadership, lead the in-country marketing function
* Develop, manage and drive the following strategic deliverables: strategic Marketing, Strategic Brand, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Corporate Events, Sponsorship and Client Engagement and the performance of the team

* Relevant years of Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing experience, preferably in the banking/financial services industry with an international context
* Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably with MBA experience
* Strong business/product knowledge and sufficient expertise to command respect and credibility with senior stakeholders
* Strong analytics and portfolio management experience
* Strong digital marketing and communications experience
