Executive Assistant – Specialist Investment Firm | Charterhouse

Charterhouse is working with a specialist investment firm who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant.

You shall be reporting to the CEO and you will cover various duties including complex travel planning and diary management. You will be an expert gatekeeper and will possess prior experience of managing external vectors with your employer’s best interests in mind.
For this permanent full-time role, it is absolutely crucial that you have had prior experience of working at senior secretarial level and candidates with experience of working in the Banking/Financial Services sector will be at an advantage.

The successful candidate should be already based in Dubai and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Your experience should have been gained within a higher education, professional services, financial services or banking environment. Your standard of written and spoken English will be immaculate and given this requirement, you should be a native English speaker.

The ideal candidate should possess superb soft skills and be a motivated and confident character. You should be able to instill professionalism in your colleagues and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
