The role involves ensuring high credit quality and timely completion of Credit Proposals summited and written, planning the capacity together with business and reviewing the credit pool analysis.

Description

– Review due diligence and CA preparation with an extensive financial and credit analysis .
– Ensure that the new deals are in compliance with the Bank policy on eligibility criteria and risk appetite etc.
– Responsible for conducting financial due diligence of underlying financial assets purchase transactions (pools) and preparing recommendations for the credit committee.
– Coordinates with Business in credit review & approval process.
– Works closely with business in responding queries arising as part of the review / approval process
