• POSITION: Contracts Officer
• SALARY: up to 25,000 AED full package depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading stock exchange in Abu Dhabi
• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contractual (1 year)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC
• Male, 40 years old and below
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and provide advice on all types of contracts and negotiating strategies for all the companies’ areas and to develop suitably worded tender documentation
• Provide advice in the field, including the interpretation to company and contract organizations from commencement to close out of contract
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences/Law or any related field
• At least 8 years of experience in contract development including at least 4 years in contract preparation, tendering and award procedures
• Sound knowledge of commercial practices and legal aspects in UAE
• Computer literate with the ability to utilize specialized applicable software packages
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English – both verbal and written
