My client is an internationally recognised company looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This is a replacement role for their current Specialist who is re-locating. The role is a regional role and will support the MENA business.
– Ideally you will have at least 4/5 years working in compensation and benefits.
– CIPD or SHRM qualified is preferred
– Coming from a multinational company
– Degree qualified is essential
– Positive character
– Strong attention to detail
