Our client is a leading provider of professional services in Saudi. They are looking to expand their support team and have introduced a new position of a Saudi National Front Desk Representative/Receptionist.
Description
The Front Desk Representative will have a variety of responsibilities:
* Operate the switchboard and manage external and internal calls for the company
* Answer calls, take messages, and attend to any queries
* Transfer queries to the respective contact person
* Greet guests and log admin details
* Attend to deliveries and administrate deliveries coming into the office
* Receive and distribute faxes on time to the designated recipients
* Track and update phone records
* Carry out usual administrative procedures for new employees (i.e. issuing of access pass, briefing on phone extensions)
* Ensure the reception is kept clean and tidy
* Manage and rectify problems surrounding administrative procedures
* Adhere to company regulations
Job Offer

The successful candidate for the role of a Front Desk Representative/Receptionist:
* High school certificate (equivalent) of higher
* Must have at least one year of experience in a reception/ admin role
* Effective communication and organisational skills
* Basic keyword skills (a minimum of 25 words per minute)
* Possess basic Excel and Word skills
* Should have good telephone etiquette
