This role is very hands on and requires a team player who is able to create a positive team culture, leading by example and prioritizing people development to collectively achieve the wider business objectives. A background in working for a leading consulting firm is ideal as this role will be very analytical and data driven. Due to the fast paced nature of the business and ever changing priorities the successful candidate must possess excellent problem solving and project management skills.

    To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field, MBA is preferable. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior strategic role, preferably for a tech start up or leading consulting firm. The successful individual should have strong experience of managing a team, UAE experience is essential.
