Employment:
Full Time
• Experience in administering Active Directory environment using Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers.
• Experience in Microsoft O365 and Microsoft exchange server on-premises
• Good Understanding and knowledge in Windows Active Directory services and SCCM
• Basic Knowledge in switching and networking, wireless networks
• Administration & Maintenance of the Exchange
• Troubleshoot and solve User related issues
• Knowledge in Backup Solutions
• Support for users with expertise in Outlook and other office applications and. Manages mailboxes and anti-spam policies.
• Resets passwords, manages support tickets, and monitors service health.
• Firewall management, Site to site VPN, Site to client VPN
• oracle webserver management and backup.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of printers, scanners, laptops, desktops and other IT devices.
Must have experience in Anti Virus and Malware
Must have experience in Hardware and Software
Must be available immediately. – No Notice Period!
Must have excellent English
Must be located in UAE – ideally Dubai
