EY is looking for an experienced and passionate Cyber OT (Operational Technologies), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security and / or IoT capable individual to join a world leading practice focused on protecting mission critical systems and national critical infrastructures. This role is a critical part of an operational service to our clients, to protect some of the world’s leading organizations from Cyber threats that span more than just Information Technology. The candidate is expected to possess strong knowledge and skills on OT/ICS security, with a commitment to continue their technical and consulting skill.

As a consulting Assistant Manager / Manager in Cyber security , you will support in executing client engagements successfully, provide professional and trusted advice, as well as identify opportunities for further improvement and support of the client security posture. Drawing on your skills and experience, you will contribute to creating innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership. In addition, you will support the packaging of overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products.

As a Consulting Manager , you will work to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams, which will gradually increase in size and complexity. Self-motivation, as well as being a source of inspiration and motivation to your colleagues is a vital skill as team member.

Periodically, you will be expected to increase your professional and technical knowledge, as well as contributing back to the common body of knowledge via participating in events, panels, and industry discussions. You will be regularly contributing and participating in authoring and developing studies, point of view documents, and industry articles under the guidance of the firms Partners and Directors. Your roles as a subject matter resource for OT/ICS Cyber Security will contribute to the development of EY’s Cyber Security Strategy services.

EY is looking for a consulting Manager, Operational Technologies (OT) to join our Cyber Security team in Jordan Resource Hub . While the role will be based in Amman, you will be expected to travel extensively for client related travel to GCC and other parts of MENA region, and possibly globally (50-80%).

Your key responsibilities

A large part of your role will be engagement delivery and provide support to executives for business development. We will expect you to lead and deliver cybersecurity engagements with supervision. We also expect you to support executives in development of proposals, presentations, and other business development activities. You will be responsible for the delivery and quality of the final reports to our clients.

You will have responsibility for.

– 5 years+ of experience in Information security and OT/ICS cyber security preferably within the Oil and Gas, Power and Utilities Sectors with subject matter expertise:
– Solid Knowledge of the OT and ICS security domain
– Solid experience in ICS/OT products and technologies, hardware and software including, but not limited to Honeywell, GE, Siemens and ABB product families and platforms
– Strong understanding of the complex and sensitive nature of ICS/SCADA environments
– Capable of Evaluating the cyber risks to SCADA, DCS, Smart Grids, DMS, and ECS systems architectures
– Solid understanding of the relevant industries production processes and operational procedures
– Solid knowledge of Industrial networking protocols.
– In depth endpoint OS and Server OS knowledge
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of OT Capable SIEM, security events logging and monitoring technologies and platforms
– Experience in deploying of unidirectional firewalls, host-based firewalls, Anti-Malware, HIDS in plant and operational environments
– Awareness of Network monitoring technology platforms
– Awareness of End point protection tools, hardening techniques, and platforms
– Solid understanding of applicable best practices and security standards such as NERC-CIP, ISA99 (IEC 62443), NIST 800-82.
– Internationally recognized technical certifications in relevant areas
– Good understanding of plant Process systems, plant safety and plant integrity systems and solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

An existing track record of successful engagement delivery in of cyber security consulting engagement is expected of all candidates for this role. Prior experience with leading global consulting firms will support your applicable. A broad background across OT and security is expected with specific experience in two or more of the following areas, essential.

– Demonstrated experience in business development and account management
– Cyber awareness programs, design, and delivery of cyber security awareness programs to executive level or wider organization
– Excellent command in written and spoken English
– Experience in managing professional service project teams

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar specialization in the electronics, PLC, wireless (radio), networking, and/or ICS technology field
– Relevant professional qualifications such as CISSP, GICSP, ISA99, ISO 27001, CCSA, CCSE, CCSP, EC-Council Ethical Hacker.
