Support Engineer (Level 2) | Brightware

Employment: Full Time

As a Support Engineer, you are responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation.
You are expected to apply know-how with minimal or broad supervision and be involved in implementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation and on-call support or in shifts. Also, you will handle day-to-day End User Support operations and provide second level support to resolve reported technical problems. maintaining and monitoring request logs to follow up on the requests received, and assuring alignment with defined service level agreements (SLAs).

• System installation and time to time maintenance.
• IT Support for existing middleware’s & Products. with involvement in supporting system implementation.
• Answering calls and providing necessary support over phone/ email / physical visit.
• Should be available for support during client’s operational hours – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and during weekend in case urgent support required.
• Ability to communicate and clarify technology solutions in business terms.
• Good planning and time management skills.
• Perform planned activities in order to deliver enhancements to the company’s infrastructure.
• Experienced in APIs and Web-services implementation and development.
• Experienced in .NET development and Software engineering.
