Job Description & Summary
A career within Assurance Support services, will provide the opportunity to support our engagement teams and clients by providing advice and counsel on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. In joining, you’ll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and established audit clients and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

Support the Assurance Clients & Markets team with key internal marketing activities, with a focus on maintenance and continued improvement of the internal web platform, and management of the internal social media community. Provide additional support with external marketing campaigns to help achieve the line of service’s marketing  goals.
Internal web platform management 

– Drive regular updates and maintenance of the central internal Line of Service web platform (built on Google Sites)
– Coordinate with all internal teams to ensure content is up to date and relevant 
– Identify ways of improving the site on an ongoing site and ensure best practice is adhered to

Internal communications and community management

– Establish and maintain an internal Google+ community to act as a key platform for all Line of Service comms
– Coordinate with internal teams to drive content and monitor engagement
– Devise campaigns to drive interaction and engagement on the platform
 
Marketing materials

– Support the production of LoS marketing materials. Work with teams so they understand the necessary steps and help refine content into a suitable format
– Manage the production and feedback process, working closely with designers and print suppliers
– Ensure that all work is aligned to the overall corporate brand identity
 
External website

– Support with the update and maintenance of the external webpages, including coordinating content development with internal teams and ongoing analytics 
 
Internal and external Assurance events

– Assist in delivering internal and external Assurance events, including securing approvals, coordinating production of relevant marketing materials, coordinating logistics with venues and suppliers, and securing brand approvals.
– Manage the use of CVENT (or other event/CRM platforms) for developing and disseminating invitations, and provide attendance update report.
 
Team admin

– Handle the processing of invoices.
– Maintain shared files and folders.

Requirements

Essential

– Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Marketing  
– Minimum of four years’ experience working in a marketing/communications role (in house or agency)
– Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills – writing abilities are particularly important in this role
– Enthusiastic team player
– Fluent in spoken and written English

Desired

– Previous experience working in a professional services firm
– Fluent in Arabic
